Via Btolat

Media reports revealed today the latest developments regarding the fate of Mustafa Mohamed with Nantes Club, as the Egyptian international does not wish to continue with the French team during the new season.

Mustafa Mohamed is absent from Nantes training in preparation for the new season, as coach Michel Der Zakarian stated that the player does not answer the phone and no one knows his whereabouts.

But according to "ouest-france", Mustafa Mohamed has indeed returned to Nantes training today, and the 28-year-old player participated in a training session individually, away from the rest of his teammates.

The source confirmed that Mustafa Mohamed will be with the reserve team at Nantes Club in the coming period, as punishment for his rebellion, until his future with the team is decided.

Mustafa Mohamed has been completely absent from Nantes training since the start of the preparation period for the new season on June 24 last, while the newspaper "L'Equipe" previously mentioned that the French club's management informed the player that he would not receive his salary until he attends the training ground.

The source explained that Mustafa Mohamed does not want to play in the French second division next season, in addition to his anger over the reduction in his salary after Nantes' relegation and based on the texts of the player's contract.

On the other hand, Nantes does not insist on Mustafa Mohamed's continuation, but the French club does not want to let the player go for free, as only one year remains on the Egyptian striker's contract with the team.

No official offers have been received to sign Mustafa Mohamed, which further complicates his situation.
