Ahmed Suleiman, a member of the Zamalek Club Board of Directors, commented on the circulating news regarding investors in the football company obtaining a larger percentage than the club's share.

The Zamalek Club Board of Directors, headed by Hussein Labib, had approved the establishment of a company to manage the football sector in the White Castle.

During a statement he published on his personal page via "Facebook" containing 7 points, Ahmed Suleiman said: "I closely followed during the past days, and received with great interest many calls from the honorable gentlemen members of the General Assembly, and our loyal fans who love the white entity, who expressed their concerns and their strong keenness on the future of Zamalek Club and its historical identity".

He added: "And I affirm before God, then before the club members and its fans, that I will not accept or compromise the rights and interests of the club under any circumstances, and in my capacity as a current member of the Board of Directors, I announce my submission of an official memorandum in the upcoming council meeting, which includes the following proposals and determinants: -

First: Emphasizing full approval for the establishment of the "Zamalek Club Football Company", which is an investment step that has been long delayed and is a necessity for the future.

Second: Insisting that the "controlling stake" in the company's shares remains in the hands of the club, to ensure control over the decision and preserve the entity's identity and not in the hands of the investor.

Third: Presenting the entire file for open discussion and listening to all opinions, as the club's future and history cannot be tied to a decision by only 12 individuals who are the board members.

Fourth: The financial valuation prepared by the specialized companies must be presented accurately to know the true value of the company and the share value before putting the stakes to a vote.

Fifth: In the event that opinions settle on amending the percentages and transferring the controlling stake to the investor, this must only pass through an extraordinary general assembly, held on the widest scale (on a Friday) to ensure the maximum possible participation.

Sixth: The vote on this fateful decision must be direct (yes or no) and through a secret ballot that guarantees freedom of expression for the members.

Seventh: Activating the financial penalty clause on those who fail to attend, to ensure the largest number of General Assembly members are mobilized for this historic event in which history will mention those who rose to preserve Zamalek's identity and its future rights.
