Pyramids Club officially announced this Friday evening its signing of the South African Rulani Mokwena to take over the technical management of the first football team.
Pyramids had announced the departure of its Croatian coach Krunoslav Jurčić after two and a half years during which he managed to lead the club to make history.

The official page of Pyramids Club wrote on the social media site "Facebook": "A new beginning that carries a lot of ambition.. Welcome, Rulani Mokwena".
Mokwena, who is 39 years old, has experience in the African continent, where he coached Sundowns, Moroccan Wydad, and Algerian Mouloudia.
Mokwena's last experience was with the Libyan Al-Ittihad team.
He won the African Super League with Sundowns in 2023-2024, and also crowned the South African League 4 times, along with the Algerian Super Cup title with Mouloudia Club.
