FIFA, the International Football Association, announced exceptional awards to be granted to the winner of the final match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will bring together the Argentine and Spanish national teams.
The curtain falls on the World Cup tournament next Sunday evening, where the final match between Argentina and Spain will be held at "New York New Jersey" Stadium.
Argentina qualified thanks to its exciting victory over England by two goals to one in the semi-final of the tournament, while Spain achieved a victory against France with a clean double.
According to what FIFA announced, championship rings will be awarded to the World Cup winners, where 2026 individually numbered rings will be produced, with 30 rings to be given to the winning team, while the remaining 1996 rings will be available for fans to purchase.

This is the first time in history that these rings are awarded, as is the case in some American sports.
The World Cup will appear on one side of the mentioned ring, while the other side will reflect the identity of the team that won the tournament title.
The captain and coach of the winning team will be awarded temporary rings after the end of the World Cup final, and later thirty rings will be designed and distributed to the players.
