The South African Rolani Mokwena is close to taking over the coaching of Pyramids, succeeding the Croatian Kronslav Jurcic, in preparation for the launch of the new season.
A source told Laila Koura that Mokwena will arrive in Cairo within the next 48 hours, in preparation for completing the contracting procedures with the club.
The source explained that the negotiations between the two parties have reached their final stages, after agreeing on most of the contract terms, with only some final touches remaining before the official announcement of the deal.
The source added that the Pyramids administration agreed with the South African coach to sign a contract extending for one year.
